This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The bottom has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get Core Membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get Core Membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
I made my first account, animekittycat18 , on the 1st of March 2008, encouraged by my babysitter animepegasus . I never really uploaded anything on that account, I just bedeviled the +fave button a lot.
What does your username mean?
My username is made of 100% of twin-love. When I was younger, I used to fight a lot with my twin brother TwinPowerRises , but now we're the best buds. Doing mini-plays, dancing in our rooms, encouraging each other to do sit-ups, pulling weird faces, make up our own plots of anime's/manga's... and so the list goes on.
Describe yourself in three words
I asked my brother for this: "Tactician of Terror" based on my Fire Emblem skills.
Are you left or right handed?
Right handed, although I have tried to draw with my left hand a lot of times. Or feet, but that didn't work out too well.
What was your first deviation?
My first deviation on this account was something I made with a friend on Iscribble. He drew the left one and I the right. Back then I was still drawing with a mouse and I was really proud of it!
If you could instantly master a different art style, what would it be?
What was your first favorite?
Who is your all-time favourite deviant artist?
Pfffft that's a hard one! I wouldn't be able to choose between yuumei and AquaSixio to be honest. yuumei is the one that made me like digital art and got me the courage to try. Also her comics got me through some hard times somehow while AquaSixio has been my daily motivation art-wise for the past couple of years.
If you could meet anyone on DeviantArt in person, who would it be?
Another difficult one. In the past, I really wanted to meet DamaiMikaz and Pinlin because we were from the same country and I liked them. I had been talking to Mikaz a lot on MangaSchool , and I saw Pin a lot in RP-chat's here on DA. I met Mikaz a couple years ago on a MS meet, Pin was more recent, on a DA meet. Now those two goals are fully accomplished I might want to meet Arctic-RevoIution since we've been deviantart friends since....well.. veeeery long!
How has a fellow deviant impacted your life?
Well, the first Deviant to impact my life was my babysitter animepegasus . When I was little, she was my Idol. And because she was on DeviantArt, I was too. She was into drawing, and so was I. She was the one who deceided to give me drawing lessons on a regular basis. Somehow, years later, it turned into me giving her drawing lessons.
Then I have TeaCozy-Girl who got me in contact with the role play community here on DA, which on it's turn made me want to draw so many scenes I role played, my skills grew rapidly. Cause of role playing I got to know a lot of great deviants!
Whenever I'm at home I can't leave my Wacom Intuos Pro Large and Paint Tool Sai to rest. But sometimes I can't take my tablet with me because it's so big and I'll have to do with just a pencil and my sketchbook, which I really enjoy drawing random people in that I see on my way to school.
What is the most inspirational place for you to create art?
Usually, basic concepts just randomly pop up in my head. Whenever I'm doing the laundry at home, or walking in the forest, or dozing off while I'm supposed to follow my classes. It's completely random. But one thing stays the same; the place I work them out.
What is your favourite DeviantArt memory?
The support I got when I lost my mother a month and a half ago. Fellow Deviants really were there for me. I got a lot of sweet messages and digital hugs, thank you all! You're really pulling me through all this.
